- Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available
- Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise in conjunction with a CPA

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (standard).
- 2–5 years of cost accounting, project accounting, or construction accounting preferred.
- CPA or CMA optional, but preferred.

Skills / Competencies:
- Job costing software experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills for working with project managers, operations, and finance teams.
- Public Relations-establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working
