Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Portfolio Support Specialist to provide dedicated, action officer-like support to Program Manager (PM) in the field of microsystems technical program management and execution. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in technical writing, technical documentation, and data visualization who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Work Location: On site, Arlington VA.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in technical writing and documentation.
• Proven ability to proofread, edit, and quality-control complex technical materials.
• Strong communication skills, both written (including PowerPoint) and verbal.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
• Ability to present qualitative and quantitative data visually and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance, with SCI eligible

• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and energy.
