What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients: Be the friendly face and trusted advisor guiding clients through their weight loss journey
• Promote services: Introduce clients to additional services and products that can support their goals
• Administer treatments: Assist providers in delivering GLP-1 therapies and ensure clients feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Provide expert guidance: Educate clients on their treatment plans and recommend lifestyle changes to maximize results
• Drive clinic success: Help manage appointments, follow-ups, and ensure an exceptional client experience every time
• Maintain a professional image: Keep the clinic environment clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

• A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with a passion for wellness and sales
• A natural people person who can connect with clients and make them feel valued
• Motivated by results and excited about meeting personal and clinic performance goals
• A great communicator, able to explain complex treatments in simple terms and encourage clients to commit to their health journey
