Description

We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team in the entertainment industry. As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Completes proper documentation and maintains detailed, accurate records regarding receipts for LTL, small package, and express shipments for vendor deliveries/customer returns
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintains warehouse efficiencies, proper product identification, and asset integrity of finished goods to 97% accuracy
• Transmits, and keys into X3, documentation for all processed transactions, keeping accurate electronic records for research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute inventory strategies and optimize warehouse space
• Maintain inventory control and accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and coordinating annual physical inventories
• Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and techniques for handling merchandise
• Unloads, unpacks, and identifies materials that are received from vendors to the packing slips ensuring that all documentation is accurate when compared to the purchase orders
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices to minimize accidents and injuries
• Investigate and resolve any warehouse discrepancies or issues, working closely with other departments as necessary
• Assists in receiving domestic/international shipments and unloading/ loading of containers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Proven experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role, preferably in the entertainment industry
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products with the ability to calculate basic math formulas
• Able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays as needed
