A Brief Overview
The Senior Liaison for Clinical Engagement and Outreach is an integral member of the larger Clinical Engagement and Outreach Team. The position is responsible for the growth and nurturing of strategic relationships that support the CHOP Enterprise growth strategies. The Senior Liaison is responsible for cultivating relationships with potential referring clinicians and or healthcare entities to promote and facilitate business development which includes one on one engagement, educational activities, conferences, etc. This position works collaboratively with teams at CHOP to support and facilitate customer service and with referring clinicians, patients and families. The job requires travel within an assigned geographic area and is expected to travel 50-75% of the time.

What you will do

• Participates in clinical engagement and outreach activities of a defined geographic area and or clinical area of focus
• Builds and maintains high touch relationships with prioritized clinicians in an assigned geographic territory to promote CHOP's clinical and research programs and facilitate ease of access
• Accurately accounts for all activities in requisite data bases in a timely way to ensure ability to measure effectiveness
• Ensures efforts to improve connections and ease of access with external clinical leaders, patients and families for assigned geographic area
• Maximizes opportunities to share to marketing and outreach materials such as newsletters etc
• Effectively collaborates with teams at CHOP ensuring up to date knowledge of clinical and research activities
• Serves as relationship builder and promoter of new clinicians and programs at CHOP with the clinicians in the region
• Ensures effective relationship and communication with key stakeholders in strategy, marketing and clinical leadership and external partners relative to geographic and clinical priorities
• Ensures promotion of conferences and educational opportunities
• Staffs at local, regional and national conferences for the geographic region as needed
• Develops, plans and implements educational opportunities
• Maximizes distribution of conference materials
• Collaborates with CME as needed
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and CHOP Standards for self and direct reports

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Healthcare or related field - Required

Experience Qualifications

• At least two (2) years Previous healthcare related experience required whether through clinical care, marketing, or sales. Required

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Virtual Platform set up/navigation/troubleshooting a plus
• Salesforce/Health Cloud experience a plus
• Understanding of systems, reporting on metrics, and assessing data to determine ROI
• EPIC knowledge a plus

SALARY RANGE:

$89,840.00 - $114,550.00 Annually

Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
