Hybrid in Port Saint Lucie, FL – in office 3 days

 

You Will (Responsibilities):

The Sales Business Analyst is responsible for enhancing, training, and supporting the US business unit and contributes to the US team in their use of field sales applications (Salesforce.com, reporting applications) and the sales training program.  The goal of this position is to increase sales performance by standardizing best practices for sales execution, developing, and aligning data analysis solutions in line with the Finance team, and providing insights on data and trends.  This position will aid in the effectiveness of the Sales team by providing Salesforce.com dashboards, maintaining/cleaning relevant data, training users and acting as a mentor for identified ‘super-users’ for each of the systems.  This position will also cover specific needs of the Marketing Department, Sales Compensation team, and Customer Service teams.

 

Systems

  • Champion the Salesforce.com (SFDC) system, lead its development within the US to maximize the benefits obtained from the system.
  • Ensure the standardization on SFDC by successful launches of the new applications or functionalities:  new account, contacts.
  • Translate strategic objectives into appropriate strategies in SFDC that optimize the commercial approach.
  • Participate and promote the guideline of the best-in-class SFDC use and ensure a standard use on the tool and update it when needed.
  • Manage various SFDC efficiency initiatives including, but not limited to, opportunity management, segmentation & targeting, campaign management, optimization & alignment of reports and dashboards to elevate the status of SFDC as business management system which add value at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work within Brightree and other Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems
  • Partner with the Global Sales Operations team to develop, communicate and update dashboards to focus on the key strategies and drive adoption of standard SFDC reports and KPI’s.
  • Assist in the facilitation of the sales training program to all stake holders.

Analyzing & Reporting

  • Create SFDC reports for the Business Unit that allows them to ensure the execution of their salesforce.
  • Provide Marketing team a strategic path to develop optimal usage of SFDC to support marketing & business objectives
  • Develop and provide Leadership Team appropriate reports and analysis from the system
  • In collaboration with the Finance team, responsible for developing and reporting of Sales reports and KPI reports for Sales managers and sales team members to aid in opportunity pipeline management.
  • Responsible for accurate upload of sales reports onto system for all sales teams and management.

Training

  • Provide first line SFDC support to the Sales, Customer Service and Marketing teams.
  • Provide train-the-trainer to Advocate team on all Salesforce functionality.
  • Identify gaps in and enhancements to the system. Coordinate with technical resources to implement development plans to increase the system’s effectiveness for all teams.
  • Develop training material for all functions who use the systems – SFDC, etc.
  • Proactively promote best practices in all systems with all functions of the business and with other systems leads globally.
  • Assist in identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented.
  • Deliver presentations and training at management and sales meetings as required.

System Development

  • Monitor market developments in SFDC capability and partner with Global Sales Operations team on recommended upgrades.
  • Lead training sessions to communicate new application functionality of all sales enablement systems.

Data Management

  • Support in data migration and cleaning.
  • Responsible for the accurate maintenance of identified data elements required to support sales force business processes.
  • Provide ongoing data cleaning tasks.

Technical Support

  • Manages technical issues with Salesforce.com.  Seeks out existing solutions and requests enhancements to satisfy business requirements.
  • Responsible for content on Salesforce.com.
  • Assist in issue solving in collaboration with Global systems leads and IT.
  • Identify solution gaps and enhancements and propose them when relevant.  Propose an appropriate technical resource to achieve resolution.
  • Support projects that are related to implementing any new functionality on SFDC, etc for Field Sales.
  • Manage sales materials (documents, resources, etc.) in the Salesforce Library.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
