Therefore, we are set-up in so called "practice areas" and "service clusters" that focus on the following topics:</p> <ul> <li>Sales Excellence</li> <li>Marketing &amp; Customer Excellence</li> <li>Agile@Allianz</li> <li>Resilience &amp; IT Excellence</li> <li>Digital Ecosystems</li> <li>Claims Excellence</li> <li>Products &amp; Pricing</li> <li>Productivity Excellence</li> <li>Finance Excellence &amp; Strategy</li> <li>Legal, Data Privacy &amp; Compliance</li> <li>People Excellence</li> <li>Life Excellence</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Key responsibilities / You will get to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage existing client relationships in the area of BCM, Resilience &amp; risk management and ensure efficient account management by understanding, anticipating and addressing client business needs and creating and developing relevant offerings.</li> <li>Identify business opportunities and lead pitches by effectively organizing and delivering high quality pitches to win and capitalizing on new business for Allianz Consulting.</li> <li>Build long-term client relationships and help to uncover future business opportunities and ways of solving their needs.</li> <li>Actively drive internal process enhancements and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the team’s and Practice Area’s working environment. </li> <li>Contribute to the Practice Area achievement of all targets and results agreed in terms of revenue, cost and profit KPIs.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure a personal and team’s engagement and utilization with regards to projects and provide guidance to the team.</li> <li>Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.</li> <li>Lead teams and projects in accordance with the values of Allianz Consulting and contribute to recruiting and people development.</li> <li>Develop the leadership team in the area and drive the application of values ensuring governance and reporting consistency in the entire Practice Area.</li> <li>Steer workload management of the team and area as well as guide the development of the team and individual consultants.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Key requirements / What we hope you bring: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in operational business consulting or management consulting with at least 3 years Leadership experience in Consulting </li> <li>Previous experience in Resilience or non-financial Risk Management topics for (consulting) focusing on large corporate risk mitigation and control systems.</li> <li>Knowledge about relevant industry standards and deep understanding of resilience and risk management best practices.</li> <li>Your experience in project and program management, change management, quality management, re-organization, and rollout of projects and programs.</li> <li>Your experience in business creation and service design, translating into entrepreneurial and growth mindset.</li> <li>Your advanced analytical, conceptual and implementation experience, advanced strategic and operational management experience</li> <li>Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels as well as intercultural competencies, including your proven ability to work in cross-national and -cultural teams</li> <li>Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse team and your drive to train and effectively guide others grow</li> <li>Your excellent command of English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you already have previous leadership, you speak German or French/Spanish, and have additional academic merits, e.g. PhD in relevant field we would love to learn more!</p> <p>Did we spark your interest?
