This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates seeking to begin their career in the automotive or accounting industry while building foundational skills in dealership operations and technology platforms. Training and mentorship opportunities will be provided to support your growth.

As an Entry-Level Implementation Specialist, you will support dealership variable operations and accounting functions within the automotive industry. This role offers new graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with automotive sales processes and dealership accounting workflows while collaborating with internal and external teams. You will receive training and mentorship to help you succeed and grow into more advanced roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in dealership accounting tasks such as AP/AR, journal postings, daily deposits, and schedule reconciliations.
  • Support automotive retail operations, including sales processes and customer interactions through F&I Menus.
  • Learn to validate deals and ensure compliance with OEM, lender, and regional regulations.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams and internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Participate in end-user training sessions and provide support for platform usage.
  • Document and communicate user feedback to internal teams for process improvements.
  • Complete assigned tasks and checklists to ensure accuracy and understanding.
  • Proactively learn and contribute to dealership operations while preparing for growth into advanced business analysis roles.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Interest in the automotive or accounting industries.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90% as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with accounting principles or dealership operations.
  • Passion for learning and improving processes.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
