Key Accountabilities:
The Jr. Project Manager (PM) focuses on assisting in the delivery of strategic initiatives within the Business Operations North America, their statement of work within time and under budget. The PM’s daily activities range from Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, to Closing phase of all projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all organization levels. Lead cross-functional, cross culture teams, provide direction, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
Area of projects include:
- Digitalization of Business Processes by utilizing Robot Process Automation and AI technologies
- Develop and execute future Customer Interaction Center concept, in both commercial and technical services
- Global business operations tool roll out, change management
- Total Quality Management system for customer service
Educational Background, Professional Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of one year direct project management as a PM or Project Leader experience is required.
- Post-secondary degree is required. Major in business management, engineering, or Information Technology is preferred.
- Project Management Professional license or equivalent, such as PRINCE2, is preferred.
- Proficient in Spanish and/or German is preferred.
The salary range for this position is between $79,000 - $98,000.
