About the role

About the Team

At DoorDash, our people are at the heart of everything we do. With operations spanning 40+ countries, as we continue expanding globally, ensuring smooth, compliant, and high-quality relocation experiences is critical to enabling talent mobility. The Global Mobility pillar within our Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) team manages immigration, relocation, and assignment programs that help move talent where they’re needed most. We partner closely with employees, managers, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact mobility solutions that enable our people to thrive around the world.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Global Mobility Partner to join the Global Mobility pillar within our GMI team. In this role, you’ll own and manage end-to-end relocation cases, ensuring a seamless experience for employees as they transition between locations. You’ll partner closely with our central Relocation Management Company (RMC), as well as our mobility tax and immigration vendors, to coordinate services delivered through their network of suppliers, including household goods shipment, temporary housing, destination services, and tax and immigration support.

You’ll be the key internal point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing expert guidance, ensuring policy compliance, and helping us continuously improve how we deliver mobility support at scale. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and mobilize top talent globally - enabling DoorDash’s international growth strategy.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Manage day-to-day employee relocations in partnership with our central Relocation Management Company (RMC), ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for employees from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for relocating employees, managers, and People partners — providing clear guidance on relocation policy, process, and expectations.
  • Partner closely with the RMC to oversee case progress, service delivery, and issue resolution across their network of sub-suppliers (household goods, temporary housing, immigration, tax, destination services, etc.).
  • Coordinate closely with our immigration and tax vendors to ensure aligned case handling, accurate data flow, and timely delivery of compliance obligations.
  • Monitor service performance, costs, and timelines through regular case reviews, ensuring accountability and alignment between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Total Rewards, and Legal to ensure relocations align with business needs, policy frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Track and manage relocation data, reporting, and vendor invoices, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and visibility for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and strengthen partnerships with our RMC as the program scales globally.
  • Contribute to broader mobility initiatives such as vendor governance, policy optimization, and technology enablement within the Global Mobility & Immigration team.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have several years (typically 4–6) of experience in global mobility, relocation management, or employee mobility operations, ideally within a multinational, high-growth organization or a relocation vendor.
  • You’re experienced in managing both domestic and international relocations, with a strong understanding of relocation components (household goods, housing, tax, immigration, spousal support, etc.).
  • You’re experienced in managing relocation vendors and partners, with a strong understanding of how to oversee a Relocation Management Company (RMC) and collaborate with mobility tax and immigration vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all relocation components.
  • You communicate clearly and empathetically, balancing compliance with a strong employee experience focus.
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
  • You’re comfortable working with data and systems to ensure accurate tracking, cost management, and reporting.
  • You have experience with mobility case management systems or centralized vendor platforms to manage relocations efficiently.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and continuously improving how mobility programs operate.
  • You’re curious and open to thoughtfully using AI tools to enhance efficiency, insights, and impact in your work.

We expect this position to be filled by 12/20/2025.
