Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (Hospice) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the plan of care, policies, and procedures. Education & Experience
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum one year of experience in hospice or home health care preferred
