Operations Finance Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Operations Finance function by providing data-driven insights, tracking key performance metrics, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in finance, a curiosity for understanding how operational performance impacts financial results, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience with tools like Power BI and SQL is a plus, but not required — we are committed to helping the right candidate develop these technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Performance Analysis: Assist in analyzing operational and financial data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
• AOP & Forecast Support: Contribute to the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan and assist in developing accurate financial forecasts
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular financial and operational reports, turning raw data into meaningful insights
• Loss Tracking: Support loss analysis in production, supply chain, and logistics, and help document and track corrective actions
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with both finance and operations teams to ensure financial considerations are integrated into operational decision-making
• Preferred / Not Required – Data & Systems Development: Assist in building or enhancing reporting tools in Power BI or SQL to improve automation and analytical capabilities (if experienced)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis, preferably within an operations-focused or manufacturing environment
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or production operations, either through finance support roles or cross-functional projects
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation

Working Conditions:

• Work Environment: This position is primarily based in an office setting but requires regular time spent in manufacturing plant environments to collaborate with the Operations team. Plant visits may involve exposure to moderate noise levels, moving machinery, and standard industrial safety conditions
• Travel: Minimal overnight travel is expected. Regular travel between company locations (approximately 45 minutes apart) will be required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary
