About the Role
We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for a growing portfolio of hardware devices that support DoorDash’s core initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead deployment and return logistics for hardware across our network. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Field Operations to ensure that devices are shipped quickly, returned efficiently, and tracked accurately through their full lifecycle.
You will own the tools, people, and processes that power this physical operation. From day-to-day warehouse throughput to strategic system design, you'll be responsible for building scalable, auditable, and cost-effective operations from the ground up.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Play a foundational role on a small and focused team shaping the future of hardware logistics at DoorDash
- Lead all hardware deployments from request to fulfillment, ensuring SLA targets are met
- Design and manage a reliable return and refurbishment program, from intake to redeployment
- Implement and manage inventory tracking systems to ensure 100% device traceability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Field Ops teams to align warehouse execution with operational goals
- Build and train a small warehouse operations team while standardizing processes and documentation
- Select and optimize tools for shipping, inventory, and operational tracking
- Provide operational feedback and surface trends to upstream teams to improve products and service
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 4+ years of experience managing warehouse operations, ideally for a hardware, logistics, or tech company
- You excel at building and scaling physical processes with a systems-thinking mindset
- You have hands-on experience with inventory management tools, barcode tracking, and logistics software
- You’re an independent problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and startup-like environments
- You’re a strong people leader, capable of training and motivating warehouse teams
- You are detail-oriented, with a high bar for accuracy and a drive to continuously improve
- You communicate clearly across functions — from field techs to product engineers
