About the role:

We’re currently looking to appoint a Global Reward Manager to join our Group Reward Centre of Expertise. This role is open to colleagues based in any IPF market hub and supports flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting into the Group Head of Reward, you will lead the development, governance, and global implementation of our reward frameworks, policies, and data strategies. This includes aligning incentives, pay structures, and benefits to support business performance while ensuring compliance and fairness across all markets.

You will also play a key role in strengthening our reward analytics and reporting capabilities, supporting pay transparency, regulatory requirements, and data-led decision-making across the group.

Your day-to-day activities are likely to include:

  • Leading the development and governance of global reward policies, frameworks, and incentive schemes
  • Embedding job architecture and job evaluation processes using Hay methodology
  • Standardising pay structures and progression frameworks across all markets
  • Building global reward data reporting, analytics, and dashboard
  • Managing cost modelling and financial planning for STI, LTI, and other reward programmes
  • Supporting the Group RemCo with cyclical activities and remuneration reporting
  • Partnering with HR and Reward teams across markets, acting as the global reward liaison
  • Coaching and upskilling regional teams on reward governance and policy interpretation
  • Leading external market benchmarking and engaging with compensation survey providers
  • Driving the EU Pay Transparency project in collaboration with HR Operations

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Significant experience in reward roles with international exposure
  • Hay job evaluation training and practical application
  • Deep understanding of job architecture, pay structures, and incentive governance
  • Strong analytical and data modelling skills with excellent Excel proficiency
  • Experience in reward data reporting, regulatory compliance, and cost planning
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience working with HRIS and reward analytics tools
  • Confidence in managing cross-functional projects and engaging with senior stakeholders
