Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Collaborating on international IT transformation projects
• Assuming responsibility for the management of sub-projects in the context of larger projects
• Communicating across departments to prepare, optimise and implement processes
• Creating standardised methods and tools for large projects, e.g.:
  • Preparing standardised reporting
  • Maintaining standardised processes
  • Collaborating on a consistent governance structure
• Supporting and advising the project managers
• Managing external partners and cooperating with the International IT department
• Coordinating with functional and technical teams

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in business studies or IT
• Two to three years experience in international project management
• Very good knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and Jira
• Comprehensive numerical and analytical skills
• Flexibility, commitment and diplomatic skills
• Assertive and sociable team player with strong communication skills
• Very good English language skills
