Customer Support

Pay: $15.00/hr

Location: We currently offer remote work to qualified applicants that live within 30 miles of Logan, UT, Salt Lake City, UT, and Mandan, ND. Training will be in-office with the opportunity for remote after training is completed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service - Customer Service Representative, you will: 

• Effectively guide customers to resolution on incoming phone calls
• Researching and resolving customer disputes
• Maintain a high level of quality and customer service in all communications

 

Qualifications

• Ability to listen, understand and be willing to help people with concerns
• Have a willingness to use resources & critical thinking 
• You can explain a complex idea using clear, professional language
• Highly computer literate
• Majority of calls taken in English - other languages can be very helpful
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
