RESPONSIBILITIES

Our unit Quality Assurance & Product Services supports the fulfilment of our customers' needs with respect to the quality of our cosmetic raw materials. We use a broad network between marketing, production, supply chain, sales, and our customers.

• As Manager QDM Systems, you maintain, extend, and ensure conformity of our quality database systems and landscape on your own responsibility, in coordination with global and regional stakeholders.
• You create and implement regulatory and quality relevant standard documents, including template development, to meet global and regional customer and market requirements for personal care products.
• Furthermore, you act as a gatekeeper in quality assurance for new documents and document changes.
• Last but not least, you enjoy serving as a global consultant for the community, addressing questions related to the quality and regulatory database landscape and interaction with other's.

QUALIFICATIONS

• degree in natural science or computing in business
• several years of experience in production, quality assurance, or product development related to cosmetic ingredients
• good knowledge in SAP, database management, Notes database management/programming and chemistry
• fluent German and English language skills as well as very good assertiveness and communication skills
• self-motivated and independent work style, strong problem-solving and solution-focused work approach
• knowledge in data process management and in the design of databases
