We also ensure applications are delivered successfully back to our clients’ and partners’ systems, creating a seamless two-way integration.</p><p>As a Software Engineer (all genders), you will design, build, optimize and maintain services and tools to ingest, validate, and maintain job offers from our clients and partners. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring reliable integrations with client systems for both receiving jobs and delivering applications. Your work will involve discussing, designing, and developing various parts of our inventory and integration systems, leveraging both traditional approaches and AI-enhanced solutions.</p><p>At HeyJobs, we invest heavily in leveraging AI-augmented software engineering tooling to increase time to market and impact. You will use the latest tooling (currently Claude Code and your IDE of choice, including Cursor or GitHub Copilot) and adopt it for new workflows and use cases.
