We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director, Health Market Partner Relationship on our Customer Success team. 

Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 USD per year and a bonus target up to 20% (bonus is paid and calculated in accordance with individual performance and financial performance of the Company  

    Job Description

    • Contributes to the organizational strategy and achievement of company goals by fueling MacroHealth’s growth and value in the healthcare market.  
    • Builds and maintains effective relationships with key Health Market Partners (HMP), including national and regional health provider networks, to deliver valuable business opportunities and outcomes for their business.  
    • Achieves HMP objectives while driving partner product adoption by MacroHealth customers, leading to increased retention and decreased customer churn.  
    • Accountable for Health Market Partner retention and growth.  
    • Owns the overall experience for key partners and serves as the primary internal contact across a portfolio of payers/buyers.   
    • Key contributor to building our partner success processes and organizations.  
    • Generates and implements key metrics for partner support, education, and revenue growth. Collaborates with internal teams to build consensus and achieve organizational goals.  

    Qualifications

    • Advanced knowledge of the US healthcare and health insurance market, with particular emphasis on health care networks and services 
    • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience managing, grooming and building relationships with complex partners  
    • Expert at owning the partner experience end-to-end, taking a 360-degree view of a relationship and proactively driving solutions and growth ideas 
    • Demonstrated track record in building customer retention plans and executing on retention plans to drive company ROI. 
    • Demonstrated success in building new processes and organizations to meet company needs 
    • Proven track record in increasing revenue for current customer base 
    • Knowledge of software as a service (SAAS) and knowledge of healthcare data exchange protocols such as EDI, X12 
    • Demonstrated success at turning around partner relationships and reframing value as the product evolves. 
    • Demonstrated success in driving expansion of partner relationships and access to new product features and/or services. 
    • Familiarity with SalesForce and/or other relevant customer relationship management support tools 
    • Client and partner driven, with the ability to manage and grow customer satisfaction over the long term. 
    • Expert ability to proactively transition new partners, drive process change, articulate business value, and delight enterprise clients. 
    • Strong empathy for customers and partners, combined with a passion to build revenue and encourage growth. 
    • Ability to facilitate partner consultations and conversations at all levels (C-level to analyst) 
    • Ability to manage through collaboration, influence, persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. 
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills with comfort and experience interacting with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.  
    • Comfort and ease in managing difficult relationships and improving the overall perception of value delivered. 
    • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills. 
    • Can use data to analyze the health of relationships, accounts, identify risks and propose solutions. 
    • Understands key metrics of the customer life cycle including support, onboarding, retention, upsell, etc. 
    • Ability to Travel up to 25%
