Purpose
Responsible for administrative elements related to international program administration and student records management associated with faculty-led programs. Coordinates with the senior program specialist and assistant director regarding administration priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for faculty-led programming; collaborate with program coordinators and assistant directors to coordinate processes for all aspects of faculty-led program administration. Support the assistant director for faculty-led programs with project management related to faculty-led team workflows and scheduling. Support communications associated with faculty-led processes and their constituents, including managing Canvas sites as a student resource and other communication and project management tools for students, faculty, and campus partners.
- Responsible for the administration of the course inventory system and the course schedule process for all faculty-led programs in conjunction with the Office of the Registrar and education abroad units embedded in departments/colleges and schools.
- Coordinate administrative support for Departmentally Administered Faculty-Led (DAFL) programs in collaboration with assistant directors. Responsible for the DAFL Canvas site, email reminders, submission of financial aid budgets, and coordination of informational meetings to support DAFL faculty directors. In addition to the above responsibilities, provide greater coordination for DAFL programs transitioning to Ed
