This position involves advanced independent consultative and assistance work, performing the functions assigned to the Department and performing certain duties relating to the administrative operations of the Division. The incumbent is expected to exercise independent judgment in identification and development of contract and grant management resources, tools, and process improvements and develop contract and grant administration goals and objectives, identifying resources, interpreting statutes and rules, and providing technical and administrative assistance. Pay: $51,320.27 - $55,000.00/Annually Your Specific Responsibilities: This position involves advanced independent consultative and assistance work, performing the functions assigned to the Department and performing certain duties relating to the administrative operations of the Division. The incumbent is expected to exercise independent judgment in identification and development of contract and grant management resources, tools, and process improvements and develop contract and grant administration goals and objectives, identifying resources, interpreting statutes and rules, and providing technical and administrative assistance. SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1. Coordinate activities relating to the administration of grants and contracts. Activities include developing contracts, monitoring contract deadlines and receipt of deliverables, reviewing quarterly reports and work products, providing technical assistance to contract recipients in completing contract tasks, and processing grant payments. 2. Responsible for drafting program materials including the program funding announcement, press release, award and no award letters, Technical Assistance guidelines, and the grant agreement template for each fiscal year. 3. Serve as the liaison with the Bureau’s Program area coordinating with Budget Management, Financial Management, Generals Services Procurement, Contracts and Grants, Office of General Council and other Divisions and Bureaus within the Agency.
