Position Summary:
The Branch Manager leads all aspects of operations for their assigned branch here at Patrol Solutions. This role is responsible for the day-to-day performance across operations including scheduling of employees, customer satisfaction, compliance and personnel management. The Branch Manager drives employee performance, ensures service quality and supports the businesses development while maintaining compliance with financial, contractual and legal requirements by the state. The Branch Manager will manage according to a budget by employing sound business, financial, and growth-oriented management principles.
Pay Information:
Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience.
Shift Information:
Monday - Friday day shift, specific hours will be determined at the time of hire.

Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Relations and Retention
- Maintain an active, strong client relations program by making frequent, documented visits to clients to discuss issues (both positive and negative) or recommendations for improvement of services provided.
- Respond to client issues promptly and work to increase satisfaction within the Patrol Solutions clientele. Including creating and providing decision support for action plans in order to retain current business.
- Support sales efforts through upselling and client relationship building.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure that the planned profitability of all services is realized by utilizing sound financial management principles and providing continual reviews and weekly reports concerning unbilled overtime, any staffing issues, any corrective actions required, job profitability, collections, issues encountered, and other items as requested.
- Ensure field operations are compliant with Patrol Solutions company policies, contractual agreements, BSIS regulations and California labor law.
- Oversee scheduling to ensure vacancies are filled, collaborating with the Scheduler and the Recruiting Team to prep information needed for creation of a listing.
- Enforce quality assurance measures and lead continuous improvement initiatives including performance across multiple sites and areas. Including site checks across Southern California, ability to travel is required.
