What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access according to site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees encountered during patrols.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or irregularities in daily activity reports as required by the site.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and maintain high standards of service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
