Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Automotive Lube Technician. This role is a fast-paced and challenging position that relies on the ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy while assisting our customers with dedication. Those who can meet these challenges have nearly unlimited earning potential. You will interact directly with the Service Advisors to address and resolve automotive needs by taking ownership of the customer experience.

16 $ - $18.00 per hour plus incentive pay depending on experience!

Lube Technician Responsibilities:

• Rotate and balance tires
• Oil and filter change
• Air/Cabin filter change
• Recalls
• New Car inspections
• Perform general vehicle inspections to determine the specific types of maintenance and repairs that are needed
• Complete other tasks related to the servicing of our client’s vehicles

Lube Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Formal automotive maintenance training is preferred
• Ability to use a wide variety of automotive tools and techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in both team settings and individually.
