What You'll Do:
- Supervises onsite security guard team to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices are being adhered to
- Performs regular onsite security checks to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing the required tasks and functions, providing assistance when needed
- Responds swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty per applicable methods
- Oversees the company scheduling platform to confirm "clock-ins/clock-outs" are being completed for each scheduled shift per company protocol
- Responds to escalated situation alerts from security guard team with professionalism and expediency according to company protocol
- Mentors and supports security guard team in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations
- Follows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
- Adheres to all Company service and operating standards 
- Additional tasks as needed

What You Need:
- Retired Law Enforcement/Military/Corrections Required
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Minimum Three Years of Security Industry Management Experience
- Valid NYS Security Guard License
- Completion of 16 HR OJT Class required by NYS Licensing Division
- Valid NYS Driver's License 
- Client pre-employment background screening
- Driving Abstract Clearance
- Excellent communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
- Exceptional work ethic 
- Must be willing to obtain C-15 and P-99
- TWIC Card a PLUS
- Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus
- Experience with WinTeam and eHub is a plus
