Department Overview 

The Client Experience team is part of the Digital Workspace in the Infrastructure and Cloud Services organization, responsible for the end user computing products and services enabling PG&E employees to conduct business in an efficient, affordable, and safe manner.  We are an organization dedicated to providing and supporting the technologies and tools to deliver a best-in-class user experience in the areas of productivity, collaboration, and “desktop” management.  This includes product vision, strategy, management, and support. Some of the technologies and capabilities we provide are endpoint management, virtual desktop environments, application packaging and delivery, Windows and MacOS lifecycle management, device provisioning, and full suite of Microsoft 365 Collaboration services. 

 

 

Position Summary 

The role of the IT Product Specialist is to manage the entire lifecycle of assigned IT product(s) or service(s). Major responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders in the selection process, developing detailed system designs from requirements, contract management, vendor management, capacity management, contributing to future direction and roadmaps, escalated support and product consulting, and documentation. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Online Senior Product Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our SharePoint Online environment, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization and its users. 

 

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. 

 

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.

 

A reasonable salary range is:

 

Bay Area Minimum: $114,000.00
Bay Area Maximum: $182,000.00

 

OR

 

California Minimum: $108,000.00
California Maximum: $173,000.00
