About the role
Overview
This position works in collaboration to define project scope, goals, and deliverables working towards operational needs. The Project Coordinator will contribute to multiple projects ensuring coordination and implementation align to division goals and organizational strategic priorities.
This position will support the system-wide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion office within the People + Culture department of Cone Health.

Responsibilities
Provides project leadership, working with a diverse group of internal and external contacts. Promotes and drives team initiatives preparing for and managing various projects, activities and special events. Researches, establishes and maintains vendor/business partner relationships. Prepares project budgets, reports, analyzes progress, offers recommendations and conclusions.Participates in the design/implementation and tracking of value added operational metrics.Identifies process improvements to improve efficiency, working with partners, internal and external, to implement solutions.Researches and analyzes data to identify relevant industry trends and anomalies.Participates in professional development activities and may serve on multiple committees.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:RequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
EXPERIENCE:
PreferredTwo years of Human Resources experience
Prior administrative support experience
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:PreferredPHR and/or SHRM-CP
