Your Main Responsibilities:

• Represent the Esprit look to a new chapter of Esprit shoppers
• Embody the spirit of the Esprit brand ethos – playful, modern, and cool
• Set store vision, direction, and goals in partnership with store management team
• Perform opening and closing routines and act as the manager on duty, when scheduled
• Lead, model, and coach to the shopper journey model
• Meet personal selling goals and segment goals during manager-on-duty shifts, while coaching and rewarding in the moment to maximize store team selling
• Develop shopper relationships and build our shopper base through engagement, conversion, and CRM, while leading and supporting store team clienteling efforts
• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Leader, to include recruiting and hiring candidates, onboarding and training, visual presentations, and operational procedures
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to the store leadership team
• Assist in managing payroll targets while ensuring associates receive scheduled breaks and meal periods

 

Your Skills & Competencies:

• Demonstrated selling and operational results
• Ability to foster a shopper-focused selling culture
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to team members
• Prior sales management experience preferred

Compensation Range $21-$25 per hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
