As an Electrical Instructor, you will prepare students to work safely and effectively on mission-critical electrical infrastructure.

As an Electrical Instructor, you will prepare students to work safely and effectively on mission-critical electrical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction using ForgeNow-developed lesson plans
- Teach electrical theory, installation practices, safety, and data center-specific systems
- Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, instructional flow, and professional standards
- Enforce school policies and testing integrity
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and student performance
- Manage electrical tools, PPE, and lab equipment
- Inspect and maintain lab equipment and tools
- Communicate supply, material, or instructional needs promptly
- Provide real-world examples from data center or large-scale construction projects
- Evaluate curriculum relevance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate continuous professional and instructional development
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Education & Experience:
- Strong leadership and instructional capability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)

- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years commercial electrical experience (Required)
- Data center experience (Required)
License:
- Master Electrician (Required)

- OSHA 30
