Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, procedures, and documentation related to Asset Management and Technology Inventory
• Assist with and update data in Service Now
• Coordinate with vendors on process adherence and for data collation
• Manage process documentation
• Perform data retrieval based on request
• Responsible for coordination and update of inventory in case of new site opening
• Facilitate POS and other equipment returns
• Provide training on devices to appliable teams/individuals on need basis
• Partner closely with the Engineering team
• Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time

Qualifications  

• (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in a related field project management, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent backgrounds
• High school or equivalent
• 5-6 years of experience working within the Service Now (SNOW) platform
• Experience working with SharePoint, Workday and Workfront are a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Asset Management processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory documents
• Good self-organization, ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
• Competent use of standard Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to collaborate with technology and product teams
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Knowledge of IT systems, software development, IT management best practices
   

The annual salary range for this position is $110,800 to $145,425.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. 

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements
 
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.  Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.  Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.  Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.
