About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Are you someone who can successfully manage multiple relationships with internal stakeholders? Are you a creative problem solver seeking a dynamic environment where you can advance your career in procurement, and are you not afraid to get your hands dirty? If so, then Wolt’s Procure to Pay Systems team is the place for you!

We are currently looking for a CLM Systems Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Procure to Pay Systems, specifically our Contract Lifecycle Management Tool, IntelAgree. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role involves working on the CLM implementation, analyzing business workflows, and recommending efficient, scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, procurement, finance, and IT, to streamline operations and enhance business outcomes.

Your tasks will include ensuring workflows progress according to established requirements. No prior knowledge of IntelAgree is required, as all training will be provided during the onboarding phase. However, knowledge of procurement tasks, the contract supplier lifecycle, workflows, and best practices will be considered a plus.

You will also engage in stakeholder collaboration. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units, you will ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will facilitate end-user training and provide support to promote adoption of the CLM system. You will be responsible for reporting and analytics, such as creating dashboards and reports to track contract performance, compliance, and risk metrics, and offering actionable insights to management based on contract data analysis.

As a Systems Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for support-related issues. You may also be required to provide training and create training materials for the Wolt user base. In the short term, the goal of this role is to become proficient in operational tasks related to Contract Lifecycle Management, as well as other Procure to Pay Systems. In the long term, the Systems Administrator will be able to assist in the selection, implementation, and integration of new systems within the Wolt ecosystem.
