Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for crop chemicals and seed product lines.
- Oversee research and development initiatives to innovate new products.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Strong understanding of agronomy and crop science.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the agricultural sector.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in crop protection and/or seed management
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.
- Capability to work in various agricultural environments, including field settings.
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
The work environment is a combination of office settings and field locations, requiring adaptability to both indoor and outdoor conditions.
