L&T Technology Services Ltd. is in need of Functional Tester(s) (Embedded Software) (Full-time, multiple openings) in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to conduct functional and load testing of the embedded software used in manufacturing. Interact with business users to determine project requirements and needs. Analyze existing testing processes to identify any gaps as well as ways to automate the testing procedures. Design high-level software architecture for testing tools. Verify automated testing by comparing results from the automated tests against the manual tests to ensure the automation is performing as required. Conduct manual and automated testing of embedded software. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any) or related field, plus 2 years of IT experience. The 2 years of IT experience must include 1 year of experience using LabVIEW, Teststand, CANoe, CAPL, vTESTstudio software tools and National Instruments PXI, Vector VT hardware tools. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation required.
