Available Shifts:

• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

• Flexibility required to work 2nd and 3rd shift when needed

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain safety of self and all mold repair personnel

• Manage CMMS system, personnel training efficiency on installation, rebuild and repair

• Manage team documentation in QSI including OEE and Safe Job Procedures

• Manage support for the production teams daily through mold cleaning and installation

• Troubleshoot in press mold issues and determine course of action

• Minimum 5 years Mold Repair experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Capable of safely operating up to a 15,000 pound capacity fork truck

• Leadership / training experience

• Focus on safety and quality

• Respirator qualified

• Lead and follow with respect

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• High school education and previous experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple efforts at once

Pay Range is $28.50/hr - $35.50/hr.
