Maintenance Inventory Clerk

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner to support daily plant operations
• Receive, organize, catalogue, and stock maintenance parts and supplies
• Maintain a clean, well-organized stores area and accurate inventory
• Enter and manage work orders and parts data in our CMMS system
• Track inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and help prevent shortages
• Maintain and update parts catalogues and MSDS documentation
• Manage maintenance consumables and chemical documentation used in the plant
• Ensure incoming parts are correctly entered into CMMS and stored properly
• Support sourcing by checking alternate suppliers while maintaining quality standards
• Participate in regular on-site inventory reviews with maintenance teams
• Collect, file, and track spare parts tied to preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work
• Monitor work order completion and share updates with the team
• Assist supervisors with coordinating maintenance projects
• Support plant-wide materials distribution and inventory programs

What You’ll Bring

•  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (food manufacturing is an asset)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
•  Comfort using computers, office software, and maintenance systems (CMMS experience is an asset)

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Wage: $21.49 – $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
