Position: Team Assistant - Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong for the next 12 months)
Location: Poland, Wroclaw
Date: 1.06/1.07.2025 -31.05/30.06.2026 (possibility to prolong)

As part of our team, you will:
- Prepare materials and presentations for meetings and events
- Support onboarding for new employees
- Coordinate hardware ordering, allocation, and exchange
- Order office supplies
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents based on provided information and requirements
- Ensure information and documents flow within the company
- Provide administrative support and information to the teams
- Coordinate and maintaining the SharePoint community and other communication forums
- Other ad hoc tasks depending on the current company needs
You have:
- Active status student
- Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-management and good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, responsibility and commitment to work
- Problem-solving skills
- Initiative and willingness to constantly learn and develop
- Experience working in a similar position will be an additional asset
