Team Assistant - Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Position: Team Assistant - Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong for the next 12 months)
Location: Poland, Wroclaw
Date: 1.06/1.07.2025 -31.05/30.06.2026 (possibility to prolong)

As part of our team, you will:

• Prepare materials and presentations for meetings and events   
• Support onboarding for new employees 
• Coordinate hardware ordering, allocation, and exchange  
• Order office supplies  
• Prepare letters, reports, and other documents based on provided information and requirements  
• Ensure information and documents flow within the company  
• Provide administrative support and information to the teams  
• Coordinate and maintaining the SharePoint community and other communication forums  
• Other ad hoc tasks depending on the current company needs

You have:

• Active status student 
• Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Self-management and good organizational skills 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
• Professionalism, responsibility and commitment to work 
• Problem-solving skills 
• Initiative and willingness to constantly learn and develop 
• Experience working in a similar position will be an additional asset
