About the job you are considering:
The Senior Manager – SAP PM/EAM is responsible for leading the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions across the organization. This role ensures alignment between business goals and technology capabilities, driving operational excellence in asset reliability, maintenance planning, and lifecycle management.
Your Role:
Define and execute the SAP PM/EAM roadmap in alignment with enterprise asset management strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP PM solutions. Expertise in workshop facilitation and information elicitation in large group settings
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation in maintenance operations.
Manage large-scale SAP PM/EAM projects including upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high quality
standards.
Drive standardization and automation of maintenance processes using SAP best practices.
Expertise in S/4HANA key innovations, simplification list, and use cases
Deep knowledge in S/4HANA application architecture, data architecture
High level overview knowledge in S4 digital suite products
Experience with report drafting and compilation
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM
Deep expertise in SAP PM/EAM configuration and business process design.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of managing SAP implementations and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other modules (MM, PP, QM, etc.).
SAP certification in PM/EAM preferred.
