Inside the Role
Position serves as a key business partner to the Aftermarket Parts team. The primary responsibilities of this position are the analysis, planning and reporting of the Parts Income Statement, acting as controlling lead on product launches, pricing reviews, and financial and operational topics. The position is in constant contact with the Parts team and requires close collaboration with business partners at all levels.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000 - $121,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to the Aftermarket and Business Unit Leadership Teams including performing month-end duties
Actively participate in various projects including product launches and pricing updates to ensure company resources are being appropriately allocated based on strategic and profitability targets
Engage with the business to identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities; establish countermeasures as necessary
Develop operating plans and periodic forecasts for Aftermarket Parts team including income statement targets and supported by clear business objectives
Collaborate cross functionally with Accounting to ensure adherence to IFRS
Document and implement effective internal control processes and procedures
Comply with KPMG audit requirements
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and eliminate activities not related to DTNA objectives
Ad Hoc business analysis, modeling and reporting as needed to support business units

Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business from an accredited college/university
5-7 years of controlling or related work experience
Prior experience in planning and forecasting
Experience with month-end closing processes
Skills and experience with data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present to senior management in brief and concise format
Produce timely, accurate and aesthetically appealing financial decks
Self-motivated to perform at the highest level and produce the best deliverables
Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization
Ability to adapt to a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Ability to learn quickly and deliver results with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a team, and/or as an individual contributor to manage projects
Ability to work independently
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Master’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
General understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and standards
SAP/cbFC, Paragon,Tableau, advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Financial and Operational knowledge of Parts revenue and margin
