Schedule: Full-Time | Total Compensation: $100,000–$120,000

BathWorks of Michigan is expanding into Saginaw, and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to help launch and grow our newest market. As a fast-growing Jacuzzi® dealer specializing in one-day bath remodels, we need an Installation Project Manager to lead local install crews, ensure top-tier quality, and develop a strong team of installers and apprentices.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support installation teams in the field
  
  
• Oversee job quality and customer satisfaction
  
  
• Train and mentor new apprentices entering the trades
  
  
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Customer Experience teams
  
  
• Drive team performance and ensure operational success

What You Bring:

• Home improvement or trades experience (required)
  
  
• Bath installation experience (preferred)
  
  
• Proven leadership on job sites or in the field
  
  
• Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
  
  
• Strong communication, accountability, and team development skills
  
  
• Tech-comfortable and organized
