About the role

Job Description: Student Services Registrar to support operational activities in direct support of the RJITF mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Support operational activities including coordinating logistical aspects of office operations such as task management, records management, mail distribution, central files, report controls
  • Facilitate information flow, storage, and retrieval
  • Resolve a wide variety of administrative policies and processes
  • Assist specialists in performing research and develop reports that identify trends and potential areas of improvement
  • Exercise analytical ability/judgment and apply resource management principles, practices and concepts in direct support of RJITF mission.
  • Tracks student enrollment and registration, maintain training records on the learning management system (currently the Advanced Global Intelligence Learning Environment (AGILE))
  • Provide introductory briefings on RJITF operations
  • Collect and manage completed class rosters and student and instructor evaluations.
  • Manage training resources, course offerings, and classroom space allocation and availability in concert when necessary with schedulers at training sites in Stuttgart, Germany
  • Maintain online RJITF training and command calendar, RJITF leadership smart books, and personnel and recall rosters
  • Accurately inputs course descriptions and iterations to the learning management system and notifies or updates instructors, students, and RJITF managers as needed
  • Provide enrollment support to USEUCOM, service component training coordinators, and other customers as needed
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for in-country partner nation engagement activities by mobile training teams, to include the construction, shipping, and receiving of equipment required for courses presented to non-U.S. students on the European or African continents
  • Submit and verify country clearances in both Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) and U.S. Department of State's Electronic Country Clearance (ECC) System
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements for team members and ensure medical readiness, to include managing country-specific visa requirements.
  • Identify, assemble, prepare and ship instructional kits to support the delivery of courses in Europe or Africa, including completion of shipping documents and government furnished property inventories.
  • Coordinate with the designated mobile training team lead to verify composition, student date, course information, and completion data and then provide this information to the Registrar for entry into the learning management system.

 Requirements: 

  • At least four years of specialized experience working in a military or intelligence community training or administration environment.
  • Associate's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. College and/or university education coupled with experience may be considered when determining qualifications.
  • TS/SCI/CI Poly
