Job Description:

Job Summary:
Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner. Services to include but not limited to banquet functions, restaurant, poolside and room service orders.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Knowledge of the appropriate table settings, serviceware and menu items. Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate with guests to explain and record orders. Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items. Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 50lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift. Ability to operate a keyboard and learn POS procedures to pre-check order and close out the check. Positive, service-oriented attitude towards our guests, employees and our company. Must be able to work any day and shift. TB Clearance and Alcohol card required. Perform other duties and/or special projects as required.
