A Day in the Life

In this exciting role as a Production Group Lead IV, you will be responsible for Catheter area.  The Catheter is one of the fastest growing businesses. Our products are part of the extracorporeal life support solutions for long-term ECMO. The catheter function is to drain and return blood through the ECMO to the circulatory system helping sustain lives of patients across the globe. This role reports to the manufacturing supervisor.

This individual will be part of the Catheter team at our Dexter, MI Site.
 

1st shift – M-F, 6:00 am-2:00 pm

2nd shift – M-F, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.
• Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
• Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
• Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
• Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.

Must Have: Requires minimum of 8 years of experience.

NICE TO HAVE

• Strong team skills
• Previous manufacturing experience at Medtronic.
• Basic Knowledge of the Medtronic Performance System
• Second shift applicant need to be able to be at the first shift at least three months for training

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$50,400.00 - $75,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
