Description:

• Advanced knowledge of cloud engineering concepts
• Extensive Experience in Cloud Technologies, Cloud Services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, and Cloud Security
• Extensive Experience in Cloud vNets, Network Security Groups/ACLs, Load balancer, Traffic Manager, firewalls, peering, private endpoints, etc.
• Extensive Experience in High Availability, Replication, Backup and Restore/Recovery, Disaster Recovery and Monitoring of Databases in Hybrid Cloud
• Extensive Experience with Cloud database services and Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Shell Scripting, etc.
• Significant experience automating Infrastructure setup and application deployment using best practices of CI/CD with tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform
• Expert knowledge of cloud-based security tools, best practices and policies including demonstrated experience protecting all layers of the application stack

Preferred Education & Experience: 5+ years of experience setting up and configuring cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, 3+ years of experience in migrating on-prem databases to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, etc. (Azure Experience is preferred), and a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
