Job Title: Business Processes Principal Consultant

Location: Newtown Square, PA

Purpose and Objective:  
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Principal Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions. 

 

Expectations and Tasks: 
Map business processes to solution requirements. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions, apply state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Plan transitions of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs. Support pre-sales activities. Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and trainings. Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices for complex business requirements based on experience. Drive the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas. Drive the creation of templates, common practices and supporting service delivery artifacts in order to optimize business processes.

 

Education and Occupational Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

 

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: 
Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:
•    Planning the de-escalation strategy and bring the SAP solution back to operations;
•    Defining the Custom Code Governance Standards for customers based on SAP S/4HANA development best practices; 
•    JavaScript programming, Node.js, and Cloud Application Programming;
•    ABAP programming, Restful ABAP programming, and ABAP CDS;
•    Extensibility on Business Technology Platform;
•    ATC, SQLM, SCOV, and Custom Code Migration App on BTP & CCLM; and
•    Implement quality checks and integrate with the ABAP Transport Management or ChaRM for Central governance of WRICEF’s.
