Conduct research, conduct interviews, analyze data to gain insights, assess problems, and structure solutions. Lead workstreams and small projects, working on initiatives such as IT mergers, strategic transformations, and CIO/CSO reorganizations.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Client Assignments: </strong>Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analysis, and present findings to your ALAIKA team members and client stakeholders. Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
