Clinical supervisor

 

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible to provide management of the clinical function of the facility. As well as, provide effective leadership to the clinical staff and have knowledge of the organization and function to direct all activities within accordance with standards of state regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family, or health care related field; required.
• LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC-1, LCSW
• Three to Five years of experience in substance abuse and/or mental health field preferred.
• Experience with KIPU EMR preferred

Your Role:
As the Supervisor of Clinical Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing our residential and detox programs. You will lead a team of talented Program Therapists and ensure the highest standards of care for our clients. Your expertise and guidance will help shape our clinical practices and enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate detox, residential, and PHP services in the absence of the Clinical Director.
- Assist the Clinical Director with various clinical and operational duties.
- Uphold the policies, procedures, and ethical standards of Banyan Treatment Center.
- Contribute to the development and training of clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with administrative, personnel, and clinical policies, effectively communicating these to the team.
- Supervise clinical activities to maintain patient comfort and safety.
- Engage in the formulation and implementation of patient treatment plans.
- Lead weekly evaluations of patient care and facilitate performance improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
- Serve as a role model, demonstrating professionalism and empathy towards patients and staff alike.
