We collaborate, innovate, and strive to empower our clients with solutions tailored to their unique needs. </p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Partner with the sales team to deeply understand customer needs, and recommend tailored, strategic solutions as a trusted advisor.</li> <li>Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations, effectively showing how our product can solve the client's specific problems.</li> <li>Manage client inquiries, such as RFPs and RFIs, delivering comprehensive and technical product details to facilitate the sales process.</li> <li>Keep track of industry trends and competitor offerings, leveraging collected insights to strengthen our own solutions.</li> <li>Act as the critical link between sales, product, and customer, ensuring a seamless flow of information and understanding of the customer's needs throughout the organization. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Your experience</strong></p><ul> <li>You have at least 5 years of experience being a trusted advisor in a pre-sales role for enterprise clients in banking or fintech.</li> <li>You're familiar with core banking and/or banking-as-a-service solutions, giving you a leg up.</li> <li>You have a proven ability to respond effectively to RFPs and RFIs, key in winning new engagements.</li> <li>You're comfortable and experienced in customer-facing roles, with a knack for influencing executive-level stakeholders.</li> <li>You shine in presenting, able to deeply understand customer requirements and know how to articulate these needs. </li> </ul><p><strong>Your personality</strong></p><ul> <li>Proactive and problem solver aiming to suggest technical improvements when needed.</li> <li>Capable of working under own autonomy, or part, of a fast-moving cross functional team.</li> <li>Strong in project management (including organization, time management, regular feedback).</li> <li>Able to influence a multi-cultural audience without formal authority.</li> <li>Excellent in written and verbal communications (Greek and English).</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Why Natech</strong> </p><p>We're more than a company - we're a team of people united by a shared vision to change the way banking works.
