Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for an energetic Manager, Corporate Planning & Analytics. This individual will have a key role in the Expense Governance / Allocations team with responsibility for Broadridge’s corporate functions, overhead cost, and firm wide expense drivers. The role will be based in New York and will interact with the Broadridge corporate function leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the month end close, forecasting, Strat Plan and Op Plan process for HR, Legal, Strategy & Innovations, Enterprise Platform Management and OCEO

  • Assist in the oversight and management of the corporate centers owned by each corporate function leader (i.e., CHRO, CLO, CSO, etc.) and their leadership teams.

  • Work closely with each corporate function leaders’ HRBP on headcount planning (i.e., new hires, replacement hires, promotions, etc.)

  • Partner with HR compensation team and financial controllers to ensure that Broadridge Compensation awards (i.e., Cash bonus, Special awards) are accurately forecasted and reported.

  • Develop expense reporting at the business unit level that improves the understanding of cost drivers and help drives decision making by senior management.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of a strategic view of firm wide expense allocation.

  • Lead ad hoc projects independently and collaborate with internal stakeholders on areas of management focus.

  • Embrace and strengthen the BR culture of continuous learning and recognition.

Technical/Functional:

  • Excellent analytical and financial skills with deep understanding of P&L management

  • Solid understanding of Finance data flow and tools

  • Experience with management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting, preferably in the financial services industry; experience with firm wide consolidation is a plus.

  • Outstanding ability to communicate and break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.

Leadership:

  • Strong leader with ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands.

  • Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with meeting tight deadlines on critically meaningful work.

  • Proactive mindset and a relentless passion to win.

  • Effective and inspiring team leadership skills with proven ability to hire and train top talent and inspire through coaching and recognition.

  • Highly collaborative individual who can influence/ collaborate with various internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of applicable experience

  • CFA or MBA preferred.

  • Oracle or TM1 experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: 130,000 - 140,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Annual Bonus: 10%
