Product Demonstrator

The Product Demonstrator will drive sales by creating a food presentation that will generate visual and sensory excitement, while increasing brand recognition through demonstrations, sampling, and product education. Guided by our Vision and Values, the Product Demonstrator will build and nurture strong relationships with consumers, customers, and DeLallo team members.

 Deliverables:

• Travel locally to store-level accounts to promote DeLallo products, host product demonstrations and samplings.
• Speak confidently and knowledgably about DeLallo products and benefits with consumers and customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry and customer brands.
• Introduce new items and special opportunities.
• Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell products to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, and knives. Can maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals

Schedule:

• Must be available on the weekends for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday demonstrations

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food demonstration, culinary, or grocery experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions and proof of current vehicle insurance.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the company and assigned accounts.
• Willingness to learn and work in all areas of the business as needs dictate.
