Position Summary:

The Principal (Advisor), Salesforce.com Systems Analyst works as part of the CRM technology team dedicated to supporting the Salesforce platform and its users and plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role will require working directly with stakeholders, architects, and partners to understand the business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transition and support of system enhancements and development related to the Salesforce application
• Perform Impact analysis
• Collaborate with other technology teams
• Manage the coordination of changes to the application environment
• Stakeholder support and engagement for requirements gathering
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers
• Identify appropriate functional solutions and approaches
• Document requirements
• Write epics, features, and user stories
• Follow agile methodology
• Understand business needs in a technical, practical, and holistic level

Experience & Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred
• 7 years of experience as a system analyst
• Extensive experience following the agile practice
• Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio (or lucid chart), and the Salesforce development lifecycle
• Proven experience working in a Salesforce.com development program
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
• Strong experience in business analysis
